Payments: PayPal  or a Postal Money Order sent with a tracking number order are the only forms of payment accepted. Short-term payment plans may be arranged on a case by case basis at my discretion with a non-refundable 20% down payment to take the animal off the market. Payments must be made on a regular basis on the date agreed upon and in the amount agreed upon. Buyers will be allowed a 48 hour grace period for late payments. If the scheduled payment is not received after the grace period, the animal will once again be listed for sale and the buyer will forfeit any monies previously paid.

·	We will only hold animals for 5 days while awaiting check/money order payments via mail with a 10% non-refundable Pay pal deposit.

·	Unless special arrangements are made, an animal IS NOT considered sold until money has been received. Our Live Arrival Guarantee

·	Shipping days are TUESDAYS  ONLY.  Shipped via Next Day Air to your door. ( It is the buyers responsibility to verify that next day service is available in their area. If you live in a  RURAL,   area next day 10:30 delivery may not guaranteed by the carrier.)

·	A responsible person MUST be available to receive & inspect the package on the pre-determined delivery day. If someone is not home to receive the package as agreed upon, the Live Delivery Guarantee is voided. NO EXCEPTIONS.

·	Live arrival is guaranteed unless temperatures at any stops on route to the destination are below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees.

·	Guardian Reptiles is not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the buyer.  Seller assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the address provided.

On Fed Ex or UPS overnight shipments, the package MUST be signed for on the first delivery attempt or live arrival guarantee is voided, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Live arrival is guaranteed only if the BUYER  is available at the time of delivery to Accept, Sign For, & Inspect  the package and we are contacted within two hours of the delivery of any problems.

If your signature is on file with FedEx they will just leave the package without having to ring the bell or knock on the door, it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to avoid this. If the package is left at the door because there is a signature release on file, the Live Delivery Guarantee is voided.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  It is YOUR responsibility to see if you have a signature release on file with FedEx. A phone call to FedEx can have your signature release temporarily removed - only you as the buyer can do this.

DOA's must be reported within 4 hours for return to Guardian Reptiles for possible credit/replacement. Return of DOA animals may be required prior to a decision on credit or replacement.   In the  event of a DOA, you must notify us within 2 hours after arrival or you will not be entitled to a claim. In order to have a valid DOA claim you must either provide CLEAR photos of the animal for ID purposes or return the dead animal to us using a prepaid shipping label. If no photos are provided and no animal is sent back to for ID, We will not consider any claim to be valid.

We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. All sold animals will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do well for you. Its difficult to put a longer term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for.

·	We do reserve the right to refuse sale to people we don't think are ready for or committed to a certain animal. Or, if you are under the age of 18 years of age.
